$700 deposit Payable within 7 Days of Invoice to secure your booking.
Deposit is Not Refundable
Balance payable within 3 weeks of the event.
If the balance is not paid within 10 days of the event, SOHO can book another event on the same date with no refund.
In the Event, a booking is canceled within 12 weeks before the event date the full invoice amount will be withheld and/or payable.

Photos
The client gives permission for us to take photos at the event. Unless prior arrangement has been made the photos may be uploaded to our website/social media and made available for viewing.

Access
A minimum space of 4m x 2m is required for the SOHO setup. A power point within 10m of the proposed setup location will be required.
Please let SOHO know if a noise limiter is at the location.

Set-Up Time
Set up time is inclusive in the price within 3 hours prior.
In the Event that you need SOHO to be set up more than 3 hours before your event a one-off $150 fee will be charged if on the same day.
If a setup needs to be a day/s prior this is to be negotiated upon booking. 

Entertainer
In the event a SOHO director DJ LACHIE is unable to host your function due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternate personality will be suggested. Every effort is always made to assign your requested personality. A staff main meal and drinks package is required for the entertainer at venues where food is offered. 

DJ Forms
Our SOHO DJ Form is to be sent back within 3 weeks of the event, please note this is to ensure that the music you want to be played will be. 
In the event we do not have the forms back within 10 days of the event a one-off $80 charge will be applicable.
